Wha -- what? What is this Body for Life thing?? What sort of "diet"? I wanna lose some weight [more weight]!

Uh... except, no sugar or caffeine? Darn. ;) Well, no, realistically, I know those aren't good for me, for many reasons. And everyone knows drinking more water helps with weight loss, even though the initial weight loss is most likely fluid, but it's good to get rid of that kind of retention, anyway!

What sort of workout are you doing? A mixture of things? Cross-training?

Congrats! I did Body for Life a couple of years ago for 3 solid months. The really nice thing is that if you do the workouts the book suggests, you not only lose weight, but you really seriously change your body shape, which makes you look even better! I had more people comment on how good I looked than ask me how much weight I lost with the program.

It really works. It's hard, but it works. Keep up the good work, you should be really proud of yourself.
