Woo Hoo!
So as I said before I started Body For Life on Monday....
Here it is Wednesday and I've already lost 4 pounds!!
I have been sugar, caffeine and nicotine free for 4 days...
I have been drinking 12 glasses of water every day, and eating "perfectly" according to the plan..
I have been getting in my workouts every day too except for Tuesday when I was too tired and too sore to go to the gym...
So...just a quick update..Off to make lunch!

Wha -- what? What is this Body for Life thing?? What sort of "diet"? I wanna lose some weight [more weight]!
Uh... except, no sugar or caffeine? Darn. ;) Well, no, realistically, I know those aren't good for me, for many reasons. And everyone knows drinking more water helps with weight loss, even though the initial weight loss is most likely fluid, but it's good to get rid of that kind of retention, anyway!
What sort of workout are you doing? A mixture of things? Cross-training?

It really works. It's hard, but it works. Keep up the good work, you should be really proud of yourself.
